Requirements

10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Based in Doha or willing to relocate.

Sales / Account Manager – Business Development (Dubai, UAE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales / Account Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and business development to drive client acquisition and growth. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that help expand Onmo’s footprint across the region.

Responsibilities

Source, pitch, and close new business opportunities across MENA.
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, agencies, and brands.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
Represent Onmo at industry events and client meetings.
Own client onboarding and relationship development post-signing.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in digital marketing, ad tech, or SaaS).
Strong network in media agencies or high performing brands across the MENA.
Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Creative Specialist (Doha/Dubai)

Role Overview

Onmo is looking for a talented Creative Specialist to help our clients design and develop high-impact ad creatives across multiple platforms. You will collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to ensure every ad tells a compelling story and performs strongly across channels.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand their brand and campaign objectives.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content guidelines.
Design ad creatives (static, video, carousel) optimized for Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn platforms.
Provide best-practice creative consulting to internal and client teams.

Requirements

Requirements
